I love the recipes, which are generally pretty easy to follow and don't have too many ingredients. The information about health and exercise is also very good. However there is something about the layout that I don't like. Whether it is the font style or the use of too many colours in the type I don't know, but the magazine seems to have a cluttered look.

I am a Diabetic and in recent years have had more control over my disease and this magazine keeps me up to date with all the latest information.
